The Calm Corner Just outside and around from the ER entrance is the hospital Calm Corner. The calming sounds of splashing water, shade and ample seating will allow patients and families to withdraw from the hospital setting and enjoy some fresh air. Maybe purchase some freshly brewed coffee and a bun from the hospital canteen.

The Calm Corner is an area set aside with multiple fountains set in a reflecting pool, spraying water for the enjoyment of all. Certainly architecturally pleasing, its key purpose however is aimed at the welfare of AMC patients and their families.
